Threading method is an ancient method of hair removal. Known as Bande abru it is popular in the Persian culture. The entire face is able to be threaded but commonly used for eyebrows. Now days even men commonly have their face threaded, as opposed to using tweezers or chemicals or razors to remove hair.
Eyelash tint is a form of hair dye developed for specific use on the eyelashes. Eyelash tinting produces a similar effect to mascara. It visibly lengthens, darkens and thickens the appearance of eyelashes without smudging, clotting or rubbing off. The treatment is quick, cost effective and safe.
Before you attend your tinting appointment, you must first attend a consultation, during the consultation you will be given a patch test, designed to test your body's reaction to the dye. This test involves applying a small amount of the eyelash tint to your arm. Should you have an allergic reaction, it should be small, controlled and well away from your eye area. A patch test is left for at least 24 hours before starting
Although the eyelash tint itself is permanent, the effects will only last as long as the growth cycle of your eyelashes. As each dyed lash reaches the end of its growth cycle it will fall out and cause the darker look of your lashes to gradually fade over time. Your eyelash tint will last around 4-6 weeks, depending on the growth cycle of your lashes.
